Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 48 hours hassle-free return and exchange period from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.

Pick-Up Process:

  • Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address.
  • Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area.

Note: For COD orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, sent to your registered email address or contact number.

Return Conditions:

  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
  • Allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds and bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.
  • Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid, which can be used anytime.
  • Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and only redeemable at our store.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Laavan Phere reserves the right to change the products or categories to which this policy applies, at its discretion and without prior notice.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS:

Items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions, where free products are included, are not eligible for returns.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Ensure items are packed securely to prevent loss or damage during transit. Include the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with original tags attached and packaging intact. 

Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), we will refund the complete amount plus INR 100 (for courier charges) to your bank account for prepaid orders, and issue store credit (gift card) for COD orders.

Note: Do not use The Professional Couriers for self-returns as they are not reliable, and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service due to its widespread network.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final. Any errors in the details are not the brand's responsibility.
  • If you receive an SMS or email indicating delivery status but did not receive your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for taking utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession, including all instructions, documents, and wrappings. If the product does not meet the expected standards at delivery, contact us via email at care@laavanphere.co.in or on WhatsApp: [9102005990] with details of the issue within 1 day of receipt. 

Upon return, we will examine the product and notify you of your refund entitlement (if any) via email within a reasonable period. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 30 working days from the confirmation email.
