Returns & Refunds.

We want every purchase to feel right. If something isn't, we make it easy to return — no unnecessary questions.

Our return promise
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange window from the date of delivery. If your order doesn't feel right — the fit, the colour, anything — reach out within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
Section 01

How returns work

Day 1–7
Initiate your return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email. Share your order ID and reason for return. We'll confirm within a few hours.
1–2 days
Pickup scheduled
We arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Pickup is attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you'll need to self-ship to our address.
+5–7 days
Product reaches us
Additional 5–7 days for the returned product to arrive at our warehouse after pickup. We'll notify you on receipt.
+7 days
Refund processed
Once received and verified, refund is processed within 7 working days and reflected in your original payment method or as store credit.

A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order — regardless of the number of items in that order. If an order has multiple items, only one deduction of ₹100 is made for the entire order.

Section 02

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • In the same condition as shipped — unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Original tags intact and attached to the garment
  • Original packaging intact — box, tissue, any included accessories
  • Include your order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging
Important
Products returned in poor condition or that have clearly been worn will not be eligible for a refund. Please handle the product with care while it is in your possession.
Section 03

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders — full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of return verification. A ₹100 reverse shipping deduction applies.
  • COD orders — store credit (gift card) of the equivalent amount issued to your registered email or phone within 1–2 working days of return pickup. Usable anytime on laavanphere.co.in.
  • Shipping charges — non-refundable in all cases.
  • Reward points / store credits — non-refundable, redeemable only on our store.
  • BOGO / free product promotions — items purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotions are not eligible for returns.
Section 04

Pickup & self-shipping

We offer reverse pickup services subject to availability in your pin code. Pickup is attempted twice. If your area is non-serviceable or pickup fails twice, please self-ship to our address below.

  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
  • Include your order ID and registered mobile number clearly on the packaging
  • All items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact
  • We recommend India Post Speed Post — reliable, widespread, trackable
  • Do not use The Professional Couriers — packages will not be accepted at our warehouse

For self-shipped returns on prepaid orders: once verified, we refund the full amount plus ₹100 courier reimbursement within 7 working days. For COD orders, store credit is issued.

Section 05

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, please initiate a return after delivery instead.

Laavan Phere reserves the right to modify the products or categories covered under this policy at its discretion and without prior notice.

Section 06

Important notes

  • Bank account details provided for refund are final. Errors in details are not the responsibility of Laavan Phere.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation but did not receive your order, contact us within 24 hours.
  • If you receive a product not meeting expected standards, contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos and details.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days maximum from our confirmation email in any case.
